A small update because of course right after submission I went to bed and immediately realised I hadn't implemented the Radiation Mechanic well enough in the Events Table. So I've done that, and through that I found some other small typos and inconsistencies which have also been patched out. Harm and Stress have also been increased in certain portions of Phase 2, I think I was a bit nice.
